Returns & Exchanges Policy

At FragranceUSA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been sprayed or removed from their cellophane seal.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack With Care

  Securely place the unopened fragrance in its original box and use protective cushioning to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
